For the safety of all involved, these are the conditions of entry into the Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show. Before you arrive on site, we want to make sure that everyone understands our guidelines and Conditions of Entry to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

When purchasing a ticket to the event, you and your party have agreed to these conditions for the safety and health of all involved.

This is an at-will event. Management reserves the right to remove any individual for any reason from the show floor. Attendees agree to attend at their own risk. The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold forever harmless PACIFIC NW SPORTSMEN’S SHOW, PORTLAND EXPO CENTER, it’s advertising or promotion agencies, their agents, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns for injuries, accidents, misfortunes, or causes of action arising from or in connection with attending this event.

Face Coverings are Mandatory

Face coverings are required for everyone at all times indoors and outdoors. This includes from the time you enter the parking and enter the buildings. Face coverings must be worn properly, covering your mouth and nose completely. Children age five (5) and older are required to wear a mask. Failure to comply will include a warning. With repeated warnings you will be asked to leave.

Physical Distancing

All attendees are required to maintain a minimum distance from others of at least six feet (6’), unless in a family or group that has traveled to the event together.

No Pets Allowed

Due to COVID-19 and the associated restrictions, we ask that pets stay home. Service animals are always welcome.

Feel Sick? Stay Home

The day of the event, should you feel sick, have a fever, have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days, or otherwise knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. We can arrange for a refund. We encourage all attendees to attend the show with members of their immediate family or quarantine community.

Contact Tracing

To ensure COVID safety for everyone, attendees are required to include the names of all attendees in their party in the event it is needed for contact tracing. This is an effort to help everyone should there be a need to contact you.
