TicketsWest is excited to introduce NFC technology to our fan experience. This Tap & Go process makes entering your favorite venue even easier than before.
Step 1
ADD to your digital wallet
Add your mobile tickets to your mobile wallet by tapping the link you received via email or text message. Next, tap on 'Add to Google Wallet' or 'Add to Apple Wallet.'
Step 2
ACCESS your ticket
As you approach the venue entrance, open your Apple or Google wallet and select the ticket. You will know your NFC ticket is ready to scan when you see the "Hold Near Reader" message beneath the pass for Apple users or see the NFC logo above the pass for Android users.
Step 3
PRESENT and go
At the gate, present your ticket to the attendant by holding your phone close to the scanner. If you have multiple tickets for the event, swipe left or right to view each ticket.

What is NFC?

An NFC (Near Field Communication) pass is a digital ticket stored in your phone's mobile wallet. They are similar to traditional mobile tickets, but they are easier to use and more secure. NFC ticket communicate with a scanner wirelessly by holding your phone close to a ticket scanner - similar to how your phone makes Tap to Pay purchases.

How do I scan an NFC ticket?

To scan your NFC ticket, simply hold your phone or mobile device up to the reader / scanner at the venue. A green light and validation chime will play when you have successfully scanned a ticket.

Can I send screenshots of an NFC ticket?

No, screenshots of NFC tickets will not work. To send an NFC ticket to another mobile device, you must officially transfer the ticket via My Account on TicketsWest.com.

What happens if my phone dies before entering the venue?

If you are unable to use your phone upon entering the venue, please stop by the box office at your respective location. Box office staff will be able to print out a hard copy of your tickets.

My NFC ticket says "Pass Disabled" beneath the ticket. What do I do?

If your NFC ticket says "Pass Disabled," there is likely an issue with the Apple Account Binding. Please visit our Apple Acccount Binding Guidance page.
