This is an AT WILL event. Attendees agree to attend at their own risk. The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold forever harmless the PACIFIC NORTHWEST SPORTSMEN'S SHOW, THE PORTLAND BOAT SHOW AND THE PORTLAND EXPO CENTER, it’s advertising or promotion agencies, their agents, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns for injuries, accidents, misfortunes, or causes of action arising from or in connection with attending this event. Management reserves the right to remove any individual for any reason from the show floor.

COVID is a fluid and an ever-evolving situation. O'Loughlin Trade Shows, Inc., (OTS) and The Sport Shows, have been working with all applicable authorities in Oregon to gain approval and guidance to produce this show. This guidance comes directly from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) dated 1/13/21. OTS has made modifications to the show which include timed ticketing, wider aisles, mandatory face coverings, social distancing and hand sanitizing. All hands-on features have been put on pause and will not be included in our show this year. Our goal is to effectively deliver a zero-transmission environment that assures the safety of all.

CODE OF CONDUCT / CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

For the safety of all involved, these are the conditions of entry into the Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show & the Portland Boat Show. Before you arrive on site, we want to make sure that everyone understands our guidelines and Conditions of Entry to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

When purchasing a ticket to the event, you and your party have agreed to these conditions for the safety and health of all involved.

Face Coverings are Mandatory

Face coverings are required for everyone at all times indoors and outdoors. This includes from the time you enter the parking and enter the buildings. Face coverings must be worn properly, covering your mouth and nose completely. Children of the age of five (5) and older are required to wear a mask. Failure to comply will include a warning. With repeated warnings you will be asked to leave.

Physical Distancing

All attendees are required to maintain a minimum distance from others of at least six feet (6’), unless in a family or group that has traveled to the event together.

No Pets Allowed

Due to COVID-19 and the associated restrictions, we ask that pets stay home. Service animals are always welcome.

Feel Sick? Stay Home

The day of the event, should you feel sick, have a fever, have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days, or otherwise knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. We encourage all attendees to attend the show with members of their immediate family or quarantine community.

Contact Tracing

To ensure COVID safety for everyone, attendees are required to include the names of all attendees in their party in the event it is needed for contact tracing. This is an effort to help everyone should there be a need to contact you.
