Postponed Event Refund Requests

We are currently working with all TicketsWest venues to determine which events may be cancelled or rescheduled as a result of local or state mandates or recommendations.

Canceled Events: If an event is canceled, and you purchased your ticket through TicketsWest’s online systems or a TicketsWest phone center, we will automatically issue a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket within 5-7 business days.  If you purchased your tickets through a TicketsWest retail outlet location or at the venue box office, we are not able to automatically provide you a refund and you will need to complete a Customer Service Request to request a refund.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the future date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, and you purchased your tickets through TicketsWest’s online systems, or a TicketsWest phone center, please find your event below and submit a refund request. If you purchased your tickets through a retail outlet location or at the venue box office, please complete a Customer Service Request.

All events currently eligible for a refund - due to postponement or reschedule - are listed below.  If you are seeking a refund for a postponed event that is not listed below, please note that refunds for that event are not currently being offered by the promoter, team, artist, or venue.  TicketsWest does not have the authority to independently create or initiate refund policies for these performances.  Customers who purchased tickets through a private seller/third-party/secondary market such as StubHub must return to that seller for support.
