COVID-19 (coronavirus) Update
We are currently working with all TicketsWest venues to determine which events may be cancelled or rescheduled as a result of local or state mandates or recommendations. Your patience with us is greatly appreciated, as this process will take some time. We will attempt to contact ticket purchasers whose events have been impacted directly by email regarding the status of each affected performance (as details are confirmed). Updates will also be posted to our TicketsWest social media channels where applicable.
The most current status for each event will likely be found on the venue’s website, so please check often for updates.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) our fulfillment center is operating with reduced hours. Tickets selected for mail delivery will be received at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled event. If you would like to receive the tickets immediately, please select “Print at Home” or “Mobile Delivery” as your delivery method.
