Conditions of Entry

We are thrilled to welcome you to the 6th Annual PDX Drive-in Movie Spectacular!

This year is going to look a little different. Due to COVID-19 guidelines from the State of Oregon, we’ve modified our event and added numerous safety measures so we can host this fantastic community event. With the amazing participation of the Hollywood Theatre, we’ve extended our series to include 4 weeks of movies from Aug 13th through September 5th.  Thank you for your support.

Before you arrive on site, we want to make sure that everyone understands our guidelines and Conditions of Entry to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. When purchasing a ticket to the event, you and your party have agreed to these conditions for the safety and health of all involved.

Reduced Capacity

To ensure that we can provide the adequate spacing for social distancing, we have limited our capacity to 120 vehicles (max 5 people per vehicle). There will be no lawn area or outdoor seating in the concessions area. All guests will be required to remain within their designated parking space. Your space will be 13’ apart from others in front and back, and 8’ side to side.

Face Coverings are Required

You will be required to wear a face-covering any time you are outside of your of your vehicle (except when eating or drinking). This applies to all drivers and their passengers. Face coverings reduce the spread of COVID-19. Acceptable face coverings include medical masks, balaclavas, bandanas or cloth face masks that cover your mouth and nose. Failure to comply will include a warning – if you have to be warned repeatedly, you will be asked to leave.

Lawn Chairs are Allowed Only in Front of Your Car

Lawn Chairs will be allowed inside your parking space. When pulling in, allow for room for chairs that are the width of your car (approximately 9’-10’ or 3-4 chairs).  To maintain social distance, this is the best approved option for those that wish to eat or consume alcoholic beverages on site. Per OLCC rules, no alcohol can be consumed in your car.  Simply bring a folding chair and enjoy!  Masks need to be worn when not eating or drinking if outside your vehicle.

No Outside Food & Beverage Allowed

No outside food and beverage (including alcohol – security will require you to pour it out) is allowed at the PDX Drive-in Movie Spectacular! This includes food from delivery services like Uber Eats or Grubhub. Your support of our food and beverage operations makes it possible for us to host this event.

Restroom and Concessions Zones

If you did not pre-order your food and beverages for pick-up at entry, you are welcome to visit our concessions stands on site with your masks on. Security will monitor for safe social distancing and limit the number of people in line at the concessions areas to ensure the safety of all attendees. If it is considered too busy at any one moment, security will simply ask you to come back in a little bit.  Same for the restrooms. Both of these zones will be monitored for a safe flow of patrons in and out. Restrooms will be cleaned by our awesome custodial staff on the hour and all spaces high-touch point areas in concessions and everywhere on site. Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale including wine, beer, mixed drinks, sodas and sparkling waters.
