Gesa Stadium has been home to the Tri-City Dust Devils, the Short-Season A Affiliate of the San Diego Padres, since their founding in 2001 after it was constructed in Pasco, Wash. in 1995. Pasco, along with Kennewick and Richland, make up the Tri-Cities, which has a rich baseball tradition spanning over 50 years. Various teams and leagues have held games and tournaments at Gesa Stadium in recent years, with the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association hosting the 3A and 4A State Baseball Championships at the ballpark, as well as Washington State University hosting their annual Cougar Diamond Classic.

Gesa Stadium has three fairly wide seating sections, made of aluminum, are joined by a street-level concourse. The field is sunken about four feet from street level. Only the box seats feature stadium seats on concrete; they surround the field independent of the aluminum seating sections.
The park faces due south; to compensate, they have stopped playing games that begin prior to 7:05pm. Foul territory is narrow, especially behind the plate.
The Most recent name of the Park, Gesa Stadium, refers to a credit union that bought naming rights to the facility, which had gone by several generic names, including Dust Devils stadium, over the years.
