A recently renovated 1926 Vaudeville Theatre. This 1,300 seat Theatre is believed to be one of the last remaining examples of a Tudor Gothic “atmospheric” theatre. The Elsinore received its name from Shakespeare’s immortal tragedy, Hamlet. The design is based on the historic Elsinore Castle in Denmark. The lobby is the recreation of a night time castle courtyard. From Bach to Rock and Broadway to Ballet … the Elsinore has it all!
