With the new partnership, UC Davis will launch a new, individually branded ticketing and eCommerce website, powered by TicketsWest’s industry-leading ticketing software, to efficiently sell tickets for its 11 ticketed sports and other university events, and process donations in real-time at www.UCDavisAggies.com. UC Davis will also implement TicketsWest’s fund development solution that integrates with its ticketing platform to assist the Team Aggie Athletics Fund with effective fundraising appeals and have complete control of donor information.
Via the integrated ticketing and fundraising platforms, UC Davis will have the tools to provide season ticket holders, and donors with an all-in-once eCommerce site to purchase tickets, make donations, renew tickets, transfer tickets and manage accounts in a single location.
To adopt digital ticketing and print-at-home tickets, TicketsWest will provide UC Davis with its ScanTix access management platform to validate tickets and track attendance through the use of handled scanners at all entrances for ticketed events. Via ScanTix, Aggies fans will have the ability to fulfill their own tickets via print-at-home tickets and bypass will call lines and quickly enter each venue upon arrival. UC Davis staff will be enabled to track attendance, including no-shows, to tailor marketing and retention programs.
Additionally, UC Davis will leverage TicketsWest’ email marketing system to quickly and inexpensively send targeted, personalized communications to better engage fans and strengthen relationships. UC Davis will have the ability to deliver segmented email marketing messages to instantly reach fans, season ticket holders, donors and students to increase awareness of ticket sales, renewals, upcoming events and promotions.
